About The Spa

Step into the Spa, a cool inviting haven of elegance, relaxation and pampering. We offer you a tantalizing array of Spa services including Massage, Skincare, Hydrotherapy Tub, Vichy Shower and Salt Glow, Moor Mud Body Wrap, Seaweed Body Wrap, Aromatherapy, Hair and Nailcare as well as Bridal Parties.

Our services, appropriately designed for both men and women, are performed in the comfort and privacy of our treatment rooms. You are invited to indulge in our specially designed couple's treatment room. Our professionally trained and licensed staff is skilled in the latest Spa therapies.

Men and women have private dressing rooms, and steam rooms are also available. We provide towels, robes, slippers. Products and gift baskets as well as Spa gift certificates are available for sale.

Open six days a week, our goal is to offer you the best in Spa services, from the finest products and equipment to the most knowledgeable and sensitive therapists. All services are in a luxurious and peaceful setting.

Enjoy Your Spa Experience

Allow yourself some time to check in, receive your locker and prepare for your visit. If you are having more than one service, we suggest that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment for any of our body services.

You will be welcomed by our Spa attendant and shown to the men's or women's dressing room, where you will change into robe or slippers. During your massage, you will be warmly draped at all times and only the specific body area being worked on will be exposed. Although we recommend you undress completely for most body services, you may chose to wear undergarments if it will make you feel more comfortable. You may wish to wear a bathing suit for hydrotherapy services.

We request you inform your therapist of any medical condition you may have and/or prescription medication you are taking. Also, please consult our Spa programmers for suggestions.

We suggest making all Spa service appointments at least 3 days in advance. Parties of 4 or more, we ask that you schedule a week in advance. All parties require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

20% gratuity will be added to all spa packages. Visa/Mastercard accepted. No personal checks.

Cancellation Policy

Because your Spa and Salon services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. A major credit card reserves your appointment. A "No Show" will be charged 50% of the service price.

Personal Items

It is recommended that you do not bring any valuables such as jewelry to the Spa.

To preserve the tranquil environment of the Spa, we ask that you make other arrangements for the care of your children while visiting The Spa at Charleston.

Gift Certificates

A Spa Gift Certificate is ideal for any special occasion or as a Thank You gift. Phone and mail orders are available. Certificates are void upon client's failure to keep or reschedule services.
